I don’t mean to sound like an old misery guts here, but I do have to be honest: I have mixed feelings about BBQs. Don’t get me wrong, the idea of eating lovely food on a sunny day and getting merrily sloshed with a group of good friends sounds very appealing indeed, but sadly, in my experience, more often than not, I’m fed cheap, nasty sausages with ‘orrible bread, washed down with warm beer.
